There is no ‘I’ in team, as a volunteer manager you line manage your team at District level, providing the right environment to thrive. This workshop is all about getting your team into the right place for the District to succeed. We’ll be covering example team structures, recruitment, communication and line management.

This workshop will explore your role and responsibilities as a District Commissioner for managing safety. We will look at the safety policy, practical tips for how you put into practice your responsibilities and well as where to go for help and support.
