Support with our new ways of volunteering

Find support and guidance on our new digital system and ways of volunteering

We’re improving how we volunteer at Scouts with new processes and a new digital system. Change can be hard, but there’s a whole range of help available to anyone who needs it.

Scouts website

Our Volunteer Experience webpages are the first place to go to understand what the changes are, how they affect you, and what you need to do to adopt change.

Digital tool guides

If you have a question on how to perform a particular process on the new digital system you can access our digital tool guides

Alternatively, check out the following video for an overview of the new system's features and benefits:

Local support

There are volunteers available in your County/Area/Region to give you the information you need on how to use the new digital system and our new ways of volunteering. Keep an eye out in local communications for more information on your local Go-Live Support Team.

Support button

If you need help to find what you need, use the purple 'Support' button at the bottom of your screen.

There you can type in your question, and a list of the most relevant information on the website will come up. You also have the option to chat to someone in the Support Centre if you need further assistance.

Support Centre

Our Support Centre team can signpost you to the right advice and guidance, if you have a question or need support.

To contact them, you can use the purple 'Support' button at the bottom of your screen. Alternatively, you can email support@scouts.org.uk or request a call back by completing the Support Centre Callback Request form.
