Start by signing in to scouts.org.uk.
On your welcome page:
1. Click ‘My membership’.
On the left-hand side menu, (if you’re using a phone, click the menu button on the top right):
2. Click 'My Profile'.
To request name change:
On the 'Personal details' page:
3. Click 'Request name change', next to your first name.
4. Type your 'First name', 'Middle name(s)' and 'Last name' into the box.
5. Type the 'Reason for change'.
6. Click 'Browse', select a document from your device and click 'Open'.
7. Click 'Submit request'.
To request date of birth change:
On the 'Personal details' page:
3. Click 'Request DOB Change', next to date of birth.
On the 'Create request' page:
4. Under 'Subject', type 'Request DOB change'.
5. Select 'Case type' from the dropdown menu.
6. Type the 'Details of request' into the box.
7. Click 'Browse', select a document from your device and click 'Open'.
8. Click 'Submit request'.
To edit Salutation/Title, Preferred name, Identifying pronouns and Honours:
On the 'Personal details' page:
3. Click 'Edit', next to 'Salutation/Title'.
4. Select 'Salutation/Title' from the dropdown menu.
5. Type your preferred name in the box.
6. Select 'Identifying pronouns' from the dropdown menu.
7. Select 'Honours' from the dropdown menus.
8. Click 'Save changes'.
To edit login email address:
On the 'Personal details' page:
3. Click 'Request login email change', next to 'Login email'.
On the 'Edit login email address' form:
4. Type your 'New Login Email' into the box.
5. Type the same email address into the 'Confirm new login email' box.
6. Type the 'Reason' into the box.
7. Click 'Save changes'.
To edit communication email address:
On the 'Personal details' page:
3. Click 'Edit' next to 'Communication email'.
On the 'Edit communication email address' form:
4. Type your 'New communication email' into the box.
5. Type the same email address into the 'Confirm new communication email' box.
6. Click 'Save changes'.
To edit phone number:
On the 'Personal details' page:
3. Click 'Edit' next to 'Phone number'.
On the 'Edit phone number' form:
4. Type your 'Contact number' into the box.
5. Type an 'Alternate phone' into the box.
6. Click 'Save changes'.
To edit registered address:
On the 'Personal details' page:
3. Click 'Edit' next to 'Registered address',.
On the 'Edit registered address details' form:
4. Click the arrow 'Click to find an address'.
5. Type the first line of address into 'Find address' and select your address from the dropdown list.
6. Click 'Use this address'.
If you are unable to find the address you are looking for, you can enter it manually in the form.
7. Click 'Save changes'.
To edit postal address:
On the 'Personal details' page:
3. Click 'Edit' next to 'Postal address'.
On the 'Edit postal address' form:
4. Click the arrow 'Click to find an address'.
5. Type the first line of address into 'Find address' and select your address from the dropdown list.
6. Click 'Use this address'.
If you are unable to find the address you are looking for, you can enter it manually in the form.
7. Click 'Save changes'.

Allergies
On the 'Medical and emergency' page:
4. Click 'Edit' next to 'Allergies'.
5. Tick the boxes with allergens.
6. Tick 'Other' to describe your allergies and type your comments into the box.
7. Click 'Save changes'.
Dietary needs
On the 'Medical and emergency' page:
4. Click 'Edit' next to 'Dietary needs'.
5. Tick the boxes with dietary needs.
6. Tick 'Other' to describe your dietary needs and type your comments into the box..
7. Click 'Save changes'.
NHS number
On the 'Medical and emergency' page:
4. Click 'Edit' next to 'NHS number'
5. Type your NHS number into the box.
6. Click 'Save changes'.
Any other medical information
On the 'Medical and emergency' page:
4. Click 'Edit' next to 'Any other medical information'.
5.Type any other medical information into the box.
6. Click 'Save changes'.
Emergency contacts
On the 'Medical and emergency' page:
4. Click 'Edit' under 'Emergency contacts'.
On the 'Edit main emergency contact' form:
5. Type the 'Name', 'Relationship', 'Main phone number', 'Alternative phone number' and 'Email'.
6. Click the arrow 'Click to find an address'.
7. Type the first line of address into 'Find address' and select your address from the dropdown list.
8. Click 'Use this address'.
If you are unable to find the address you are looking for, you can enter it manually in the form.
9. Click 'Save changes'.
Alternate emergency contact
On the 'Medical and emergency' page:
4. Click 'Alternate emergency contact'.
5. Click 'Edit' next to 'Name'.
On the 'Edit alternative emergency contact' form:
6. Type the 'Name', 'Relationship', 'Main phone number', 'Alternative phone number' and 'Email'.
7. Click the arrow 'Click to find an address'.
8. Type the first line of address into 'Find address' and select your address from the dropdown list.
9. Click 'Use this address'.
If you are unable to find the address you are looking for, you can enter it manually in the form.
10. Click 'Save changes'.
GP surgery details
On the 'Medical and emergency' page:
4. Click 'GP surgery details'.
5. Click 'Edit' next to 'Name of GP surgery'.
On the 'Edit GP surgery details' form:
6. Type the 'Name of the GP surgery', 'Doctor's name', 'Surgery phone number' and 'Surgery email'.
7. Click the arrow 'Click to find an address'.
8. Type the first line of address into 'Find address' and select your address from the dropdown list.
9. Click 'Use this address'.
If you are unable to find the address you are looking for, you can enter it manually in the form.
10. Click 'Save changes'.

Start by signing in to scouts.org.uk.
On your welcome page:
1. Click ‘My membership’.
On the top right-hand side (if you’re using your phone, click the menu button on the top right):
2. Click the circle with your initials.
3. Click 'Settings'.
On the 'Settings' page:
4. Click 'Privacy/visibility'.
On the 'Visibility settings' page:
5. Click 'Change'.
On the 'Edit profile visibility settings' page:
6. Select the 'Permit Assessor Visibility' from the dropdown list.
7. Select 'Yes' or 'No' from the dropdown menu to allow yourself to be searched outside your hierarchy.
8. Select the 'Minimum level of members searching outside your hierarchy' from the dropdown menu.
Under 'Personal data visibility':
9. Switch the toggle buttons to 'Yes' or 'No'.
If you select 'Yes', select the organisation level from the dropdown menus.
10. Click 'Submit'.

1. Click 'My Profile'.
2. Click 'Roles and accreditations'.
3. Click 'My roles'.
On the 'Current roles' page:
If needed, switch the toggle button to show historic roles.
4. Click the role to view approval and disclosure, approval audit and key learning information for this role.

Start by signing in to scouts.org.uk.
On your welcome page:
1. Click ‘My membership’.
On the left-hand side menu (if you’re using a phone, click the menu button on the top right):
2. Click 'My profile'.
3. Click 'Diversity and inclusion'.
On the 'Diversity and inclusion' page:
4. Click 'Edit' next to 'Diversity and Inclusion'.
On the 'Edit diversity and inclusion' page:
5. Select 'Nationality', 'Ethnicity' and 'Religion' from the dropdown menu.
6. Select if you consider yourself to have a physical health, mental health or neurodiverse condition from the dropdown menu.
If you select 'Yes', select the 'Disabilities/additional needs' from the dropdown menu.
7. Select 'Gender' from the dropdown menu.
10. Select if the gender you identify with is the same or not as your sex registered at birth from the dropdown menu.
If you select 'No', 'Don't know' or 'Prefer not to say' select the legal sex from the dropdown menu.
11. Select 'Sexual orientation' from the dropdown menu..
12. Click 'Save changes'.
Under 'What we need to know':
13. Click 'Edit'.
14. Type your comments into the box.
15. Click 'Submit'.

3. Click 'My qualifications'.
To add a qualification:
On the 'My qualifications' page:
4. Click 'Add qualification'.
On the 'Add qualifications' page:
5. Type the 'Qualification name', 'Issued by', 'Issued date' and 'Date of expiry' into the boxes.
6. Click 'Browse', select a file from your device and click 'Open'.
7. Click 'Create'.
To edit a qualification
On the 'My qualifications' page:
4. Click the name of the qualification on the table.
5. Edit the Qualification name', 'Issued by', 'Issued date' and 'Date of expiry'.
6. Click 'Browse', select a file from your device and click 'Open'.
7. Click 'Update' or 'Delete'.

On your welcome page:
1. Click ‘My membership’.
On the left-hand side menu (if you’re using a phone, click the menu button on the top right):
2. Click 'My Profile'.
3. Click 'Award preferences'.
On the 'Awards preferences' page:
4. Select 'Cloth' or 'Brooch'.
5. Select 'Primary location' from the dropdown menu.
6. Type the name you’d like to printed on certificates into the box.
7. Click 'Save'.
