On this page you'll find video guides on how to:
Start by signing in to scouts.org.uk.
On the left-hand side menu (if you’re using a phone, click the menu button on the top right):
1. Click 'Teams'.
2. Click 'View all units'.
On the 'View all units' page:
3. Type the unit's name in the search box.
4. Click 'Search'.
5. Click the ‘Unit name’.
On the left-hand menu (if you’re using a phone, click the menu button on the top right):
6. Click 'Minibus Permits'.
On the ‘Minibus permit’ page:
7. Click ‘Create minibus permit’.
On the ‘Create minibus permit’ page:
8. Type the ‘Address line 1’, ‘County’, ‘Country’ and ‘Postcode’ into the text boxes.
9. Type the ‘Date Permit is required for’ into the text box.
10. Click ‘Submit’.
A message will appear at the bottom of the page confirming that you've successfully submitted your permit application.
