A guide on how to sign in for the first time, register and reset password, and search members

You should have received an email confirming your profile was created at scouts.org.uk.
Click the link on the email you’ve received to register your password.
On the ‘Register or reset your password’ page:
1. Type your email into the box.
2. Click ‘Send verification code’.
You’ll receive an email with a 6-digit code in the next 5 minutes. Remember to check your spam folder.
If you haven’t received the email, check if your email address is correct.
3. Type the code you received by email into the ‘Verification Code’ box.
4. Click ‘Verify code’.
5. Click ‘Continue’.
On the ‘Update Password’ page:
6. Type a new password into the box.
7. Type the password again into the ‘Confirm New Password’ box.
8. Click ‘Continue’.
Start by accessing scouts.org.uk.
On the navigation bar, on the top right:
1. Click ‘Sign in’.
On the ‘Sign in’ page:
2. Click ‘Forgot Password’.
On the ‘Register or reset your password’ page:
3. Type your email into the box.
4. Click ‘Send verification code’.

Start by signing in to scouts.org.uk.
On the top right (if you’re using a phone, click the menu button on the top right):
1. Click 'Search member'.
2. Type the member’s name, surname, membership number, email, team, role or accreditation into the search box.
3. Select the corresponding 'Filter by' option from the dropdown menu.
4. Click 'Search'.
5. Click the member’s name from the list to open their profile.
