International Volunteer Day (5 Dec)

Human Rights Day (10 Dec)
Human Rights Day marks the anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It's the most translated document in the world and sets out the rights that everyone is entitled to.

Winter Solstice (21 Dec)
Winter Solstice marks the shortest day of the year. It's an important time for many around the world. If you’re going camping this winter, why not reward your young people with a special blanket badge?

Christmas Eve (24 Dec)

Christmas Day (25 Dec)
Christmas Day is a Christian festival that’s celebrated around the world on the 25 December. For some people, it celebrates the birth of Jesus, but for others it can simply be a time for family and kindness.
