Sharing Local Awards and Recognition Teams
In locations where forming a Local Awards and Recognition Team might prove challenging (due to numbers or location) a Local Awards and Recognition Team could be setup to cover more than one location. The Lead Volunteers for those locations would need to agree on the team members involved.
For example, two Districts may come together to form one Local Awards and Recognition Team to support both District Lead Volunteers with their awards and recognition work. Alternatively, a Local Awards and Recognition Team could be formed at County/Area/Region (Scotland) level to support a number of Districts or at a Region/County level to support a number of Counties/Areas/Regions (Scotland). The focus will be on what works best for each location.
