Learn about LGBTQ+ inclusion at Scouts and how you can get involved with Scout Pride

At Scouts we welcome everyone, including those who are part of LGBTQ+ communities. We aim to create spaces where our volunteers and young people can thrive and be themselves with pride.

FLAGS is a National Scout Active Support Unit that actively supports the recruitment, retention and ongoing support of LGBTQ+ adults in Scouts. Visit the FLAGS website to see how they can support you.

You can check out our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy to find out about Scouts' commitment to equality.
