England Programme Team Member(s)

Overview of the role

The England Programme Team is a relatively new team, working in partnership with English counties to support better youth programme in Scouting locally. We are looking to grow our work, and the new team member(s) will play a key role in defining the scope of the team and maximising its impact. We work creatively, dynamically, and look to support each other to succeed.

What will you get out of this?

This role is designed to be an entry level role into national leadership. In this role you will be supported to develop key skills and experiences in leading the biggest youth organisation in the UK, which could then be used for future development both in and out of Scouting.

You'll get to work with a diverse range of volunteers, who all are looking to improve Scouting in their own way. The role comes with a lot of freedom and new members will be supported to implement new ideas.

Application process

To apply to join our team, please complete the expression of interest form.

A search group has been put together to oversee this process and will review all applications and nominations to make decisions as to who to invite to attend the selection stage of this process.
