Session summary

This session encourages everyone to think of ways to be kind to each other and their community. Discuss how we can be kind every day, what we can do for others and how this makes other people feel. Think of someone special and create a jar filled with kindness just for them.

Safety message

Use the safety checklist to help you plan and risk assess your activity. There's also more guidance to help you carry out your risk assessment, including examples. Don’t forget to make sure all young people and adults involved in the activity know how to take part safely.
