We ask for your personal data to facilitate your registration for this event. We'll only collect the information necessary for you to participate in the event. This is done on the legal basis of performance of a contract.
Your data will be shared with other organisations and third parties to process your registration and facilitate your attendance at the event. Only relevant data will be shared with such parties. These may include: Windsor Castle, the Metropolitan Police and Castle Hotel (Windsor). Details sharing with the Police is done on the legal basis of being in the public interest and will allow them to undertake security checks.
Photos or videos may be taken during this event by official photographers and videographers, and these may occasionally be used online or in printed materials by Scouts or our event partners. By attending this event, there is the possibility of being photographed or filmed and your image being used in this manner. We will seek individuals consent before featuring them prominently in any images or interviewing them specifically. If a specific image of you is used online by the Scouts, and you object to the use of that image, please get in touch with us at national.events@scouts.org.uk.
Your personal data will be held securely by Scouts for up to 2 years after the conclusion of this event.
