How to earn your badge:
Explore your options In the 6 months before leaving Explorers, find out about your options for continuing in Scouts when you turn 18.
This should include:
- Scout Network opportunities
- Volunteering as an adult
- What is available in your local area
Get involved and take part!
Choose one of the following:
- Option A:
Attend at least 3 joint Explorer and Network events - Option B:
After turning 18, either:- Attend at least 3 Scout Network meetings or events, or
- Become an Adult Volunteer and begin the required checks and training
- Option A:
Tips
- Speak to your Explorer Leader about local options
- Think about plans if moving away (e.g. university)
- Look at both Network and volunteering routes
- Join joint Explorer–Network activities where possible
