Session 4

In this workshop, we’ll explore how to welcome those newly recruited adults, give them all the tools they might need in their roles and at the same time make sure that they feel supported along their new journey. 

Session 1

This workshop is about understanding volunteer recruitment from a potential volunteer’s point of view and suggested tools to evaluate, prioritise and plan ahead. 

Session 2 

This workshop looks at strategies and tools for recruiting new adults as well as ensuring that any expressions of interest turn into volunteers! We’ll give you an overview of ways of finding people, starting conversations and getting them signed up.

Session 3

This workshop will help you find the best place for your new adults, so they feel happy and willing to stick around for the long haul. We’ll also look at how to prepare them for the tasks they’ll be taking on and how you can give an effective induction.
