About the role

Are you someone who enjoys creating engaging learning for adults? Join us in improving the learning experience for our adult volunteers across the UK!

We're introducing a new learning system for our volunteers, and we need someone with a strong foundation in effective learning design and in using e-learning authoring tools (such as Storyline, Lectora, Captivate, Vyond and similar). Your role involves evaluating our current training materials, identifying what works well and what needs improvement, and developing new content tailored to our volunteers' needs.

Using tools like Lectora and Vyond, you'll design online learning modules and other resources in collaboration with a range of stakeholders in a co-design focused approach. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our learning is relevant, engaging and useful to our volunteers.

This role focuses on utilising your knowledge and abilities to improve learning outcomes for our volunteers. If you're passionate about creating effective and creative learning experiences and proficient with digital tools, this role could be a great fit for you.

Sound good? Read the application pack and then apply.

Your application must include a cover letter that addresses how you meet the person specification above, focusing on how you have designed, created and delivered engaging learning experiences. Preferably where you have used co-design led approaches.

Before making an application please ensure that you've read the Recruitment and selection policy. In order for us to monitor the application of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy, we'd be grateful if you'd also complete the Recruitment Monitoring questions on the Application Form.
