Base location: Gilwell Park, Chingford, E4 7QW
Term: Permanent
Salary: £27,445 per annum, Band C, Level 3, inclusive of Outer London Weighting
Hours: 35 Hours per week
Line management responsibility: 6 Facilities Housekeepers
A bit about the role
This is a dynamic role where you'll have the chance to lead a dedicated housekeeping team and play a key part in maintaining the smooth operation of our estate. If you're passionate about cleanliness, leadership, and making a real impact, this is the perfect role for you.
You'll be joining an experienced team bursting with team spirit and a strong work ethic, dedicated to providing all the necessary services to ensure the smooth running of our headquarter operation.
You'll work closely with both new and existing team members, and you'll have the autonomy to make improvements, bring fresh ideas, and ensure high standards are consistently met.
