Facilities Housekeeper

We're looking for two Facilities Housekeeper to join our vibrant housekeeping team.

Base location: Gilwell Park, Chingford, E4 7QW  

Term: Permanent 

Salary: £14,147 per annum – Band A, Level 3 inclusive of Outer London Weighting and Market Supplement (pro rata £24,084, Band A, Level 3, inclusive of Outer London Weighting & Market Supplement) 

Hours: 20 hours per week

A bit about the role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join our experienced and spirited Facilities team.

As part of the team managing our headquarter operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the estate across the TSA group. This dynamic role offers daily opportunities to make impactful changes and improve our services by applying your skills in a variety of tasks.

No two days will be the same—whether you are servicing bedrooms, supporting events, or contributing to operational tasks, you will have the chance to showcase your skills, attention to detail, and friendly, can-do attitude. We value teamwork, flexibility, and pride in our work, and you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your tasks.
