An exciting opportunity to contribute to supporting, instigating and delivering focused development work and opportunities for young people and adults  in Greater London Middlesex West by working with both volunteer and staff colleagues from across the County. This is a home-based post. You will focus on supporting the growth of Scouting by supporting existing Scout Groups to grow and also opening up new sections to increase provision to more young people and adults to join.

Administrator - UYSAF (Ref: 14/080)

To handle incoming grant applications and enquiries to the office, and provide general 'front line' information to customers on a range of queries before transferring to account handlers and provide excellent customers service in all dealings with clients via telephone, e-mail and written correspondence. You will collate and complete reports on a regular basis on project activity. You will provide other general administrative and word processing support to the project staff.

Working in partnership with SCOPE, this role will provide exciting opportunities for more young people to enjoy Scouting. The aim of the project is to support more young people with a range of physical and/or learning disabilities to be Scouts.

To support the Conference Operations Manager in terms of managing the operational delivery of the conference department and deputise in their absence.  Working with the team to ensure that all bookings are delivered to a high standard.

Responsible for dealing with visitors and telephone calls in a polite and professional manner.
