Marketing Manager (Online Retail/eCommerce) (Ref: 15/010)

You will be based at the Scout Association’s Lancing site on the South coast. The role is viewed as central to the development of further innovation and best practice across the spectrum of marketing, eCommerce, social media and CRM management.

As part of a team reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be highly influential in the successful delivery of ambitious and customer focussed business development plans via B2B and B2C channels. The role will be responsible for the generation of new thinking to drive sales and profit growth via effective and innovative marketing activity, particularly via new media channels.

Information Centre Adviser (Ref: 15/016)

The Information Centre is a small but busy call centre, recognised by our members as giving an outstanding level of service and support in all areas of Scouting. You will be the first point of contact, either by telephone, email or in person, to our Members and the public, providing a high quality customer focussed service. You will work with other teams to ensure that the team is up to date with developments in Scouting so that the team can continue to meet members’ needs.

Customer Support Coordinator (Wedding & Events) - (Ref: 15/013)

The Customer Support Co-ordinator (Weddings and Events) will co-ordinate bookings within the Training and Event Centre but will have knowledge of the Activity Centre and large Scouting events. The purpose of the role will be to generate sales to achieve the sales budget and profitability targets and grow the business to enhance sales and profitability levels for the future.

Customer Support Coordinator (Training & Events) - (Ref: 15/012)

The Customer Support Coordinator (Training and Events) will co-ordinate bookings specifically for the Training and Events Centre but will have knowledge of the activity centre, weddings and large Scouting events. The purpose of the role will also be to generate sales to achieve the sales budget and profitability targets and grow the business to enhance sales and profitability levels for the future. This will come from responding quickly and effectively to enquiries into centre and developing strong relationships with guests as a result of excellent account management.

The Customer Support Co-ordinator (Activity Centre) will co-ordinate bookings specifically for the Activity Centre but will have knowledge of weddings, training and large Scouting events. The purpose of the role will also be to generate sales to achieve the sales budget and profitability targets and grow the business to enhance sales and profitability levels for the future.
