Facilities Assistant (Ref: 15/014)

The Facilities Coordinator will support the operations of both the Activity Centre & Training & event centre ensuring that the facilities that our guest use are always ready for occupation and are always prepared to the very highest standards. The facilities coordinator will manage a number of international volunteers ensuring that both operations remain compliant and fit for purpose.

Events Fundraising Manager (Ref: 15/041)

The post hold will be responsible for supporting the Head of Fundraising in developing and delivering a national programme of fundraising led events.  This includes leading on key national events relating to Cubs 100; leading on the delivery element of funding partnership launches and networking events; and designing new high profile challenge events.  In addition, they will lead the stakeholder management of key individuals at events, including lead volunteers, trustees, and our ambassadors.

Marketing Assistant (Ref: 15/040)

You’ll work to actively market the Scout Shops and World Scout Shops product range, using a range of channels including digital, direct mailing, advertising, social media and events. You’ll measure results and make recommendations on future activity, as well as assisting with the production of catalogues and printedmaterials.

Development Intern (Part time) (Ref: 15/038)

The Scout Association and Pears Foundation have come together to provide a unique opportunity to gain experience and develop skills whilst working as part of a project team. The Pears project aims to open new Scouting provision across parts of Avon Scout County (Bristol, Bath and South Gloucestershire) for young people aged 6 -18yrs. The development interns will be led by a project co-ordinator and will work with local volunteers to provide hands on practical support engaging with schools, the community, partnership organisations and parents of the new youth members. The project aims to enable and deliver the recruitment of adults and young people and to open new sustainable Scout provision within the Scout County of Avon (Bristol, Bath and South Gloucestershire).
