Customer Support Coordinator - Hawkhirst (Ref: 15/073)

To be the key point of contact for all bookings to the centre.  Taking responsibility for the customer experience from initial enquiry to pre arrival, and resuming contact post-visit to promote clients-for-life.  The post holder will be responsible for receiving and responding to enquiries, administering all bookings including invoicing, helping to create activity programmes and maintaining accurate bookings and sales records.  Working closely with the centre’s operational team the post holder will ensure a seamless transition from booking to product delivery.

We are searching for a tenacious Interim Head of Fundraising. Able to inspire a team, covering a range of fundraising disciplines, you will have a proven track record in charity fundraising, with particular success in capital appeal fundraising and major donor giving.

The purpose of this role is to manage, support and co-ordinate [largely funded] Growth and Development Officers to deliver their identified objectives and targets, working in partnership with Regional, County and District Commissioners, Project Steering Groups and funders to realise agreed sustainable growth targets.

Human Resources Manager (Ref: 15/078)

The Scout Association are looking to recruit a HR Manager on a full time permanent basis as soon as possible. The successful candidate will need to be flexible with travel as The Scout Association has multiple sites across the UK. You will also be looking after a team of 7 staff and will be required to help coach and mentor them as well as revamping the current process and procedures. You will be working in partnership with line managers and working with them to explore and deal with performance management issues.

Recruitment and HR Business Partner (Ref: 15/079)

The Scout Association are looking to recruit a HR Recruitment Business Partner on a full time permanent basis as soon as possible. The successful candidate will need to have a passion for recruitment and will be required to plan and research internal recruitment methods. As an internal recruiter you will be working closely with individual line mansgers to qualify their needs and set expectations of timelines. You will work closely with the inhouse creative team to come up with new and innovative recruitment campaigns and drive them forward.

Learning and Development Business Partner (Ref: 15/080)

The Scout Association are looking to recruit a Learning and Development Business Partner on a full time permanent basis as soon as possible. The successful candidate will need to have a passion for training and development and you will be required to design and facilitate workshops and training events.You will be required to facilitate group discussions and will be conducting 121 coaching sessions with the middle management team.
