Volunteer Experience for District and County Leadership Teams

This webinar was for anyone who is, or will be part of a District or County/Area/Region (Scotland) Leadership Team, including: Lead Volunteers, Youth Leads, Programme Team Leaders, Support Team Leaders, Volunteering Development Team Leaders, 14-24 Team Leaders, and Leadership Team Members.

If you're unsure of what will happen to your role when we transition to the new ways of working, talk to your District or County/Area/Region (Scotland) Lead Volunteer (Commissioner), or your County/Area/Region (Scotland) Transformation Lead

On this webinar, we explored some more detail about how we're transforming the volunteer experience at Scouts, and how you can make sure you're ready for change. A team of volunteers and staff working on the changes were on the call and on hand to answer any questions. They walked through how the changes may impact things locally and what you need to do to make change go as smoothly as possible.

This webinar is for District and County/Area/Region (Scotland) Leadership Teams - Group Leadership Teams can join us on 19 June.

Slides from the call

You can download a PDF of the slides we shared on the call. These slides are ideal for sharing with other members of your District/County Leadership Team, but should be read in conjunction with the Volunteer Experience pages on scouts.org.uk, as we're always acting on feedback from volunteers, and improving the content.
