Volunteer Experience for District and County Leadership Teams
This webinar is for anyone who is, or will be part of a District or County/Area/Region (Scotland) Leadership Team, including: Lead Volunteers, Programme Team Leaders, Support Team Leaders, Volunteering Development Team Leaders, 14-24 Team Leaders, and Leadership Team Members.
If you're unsure of what will happen to your role when we transition to the new ways of working, talk to your District or County/Area/Region (Scotland) Lead Volunteer (Commissioner), or your County/Area/Region (Scotland) Transformation Lead
On this webinar, we'll dive into some more detail about how we're transforming the volunteer experience at Scouts, and how you can make sure you're ready for change. Volunteers and staff working on the changes will be on the call and on hand to answer any questions. They'll walk through how the changes may impact things locally and what you need to do to make change go as smoothly as possible.
