#BoredomBusters - 28 June

Here are four more brilliant activities to help you explore faith and different beliefs with your section.

Craft: make a dreidel

It’s traditional at Hanukkah to play with a dreidel - a spinning top with four sides. Download the template here, and encourage your section to make and decorate their own. Learn more about Judaism with our factsheet.

Outdoor: rangoli patterns

As part of Diwali celebrations, members of the Hindu faith often decorate their homes with beautiful and intricate round Rangoli patterns. Try drawing your own outside your meeting place with chalk. Find out more about Hinduism with our factsheet.

Indoor: sun salutations

Buddhists practice yoga and meditation, as part of a desire for greater mindfulness. Try this simple yoga sequence to help your section try a different type of physical challenge. Find out more about Buddhism with our factsheet.

Food: cook up an Eid feast

It will soon be Eid al-Fitr, marking the end of the month of Ramadan, when Muslims fast from dawn until dusk. Feasts for family and friends are traditional at Eid. Try making some of these dishes with your section, and have a look at our factsheet for more information about Islam.

Take a look at this week's badge support blog to find more ideas and activities for running the Faith Activity Badge with your section.
