You came across really confident in the interview and showed good administration and events experience. You completed the task very well however, in the interview, another candidate gave examples that aligned better with the tasks that the Awards Administrator will be required to do, and they also gave more in-depth answers to show how they would be able to do the role. The interview panel would however encourage you to apply for other roles at The Scout Association in the future.
