Extending Reach - Programme Board member

Every week, Scouts gives almost half a million young people the skills they need for school, college, that job interview, the tricky challenge and the big dreams: the skills they need for life. But Scouting does not always reflect the diversity of our society. Help us change that.  Do more. Share more. Be more.

Talk to us if you are not currently a member of Scouting but have:

  • Experience of current diversity and inclusion practices

  • the desire to help even more young people succeed in life.

  • understanding of current diversity and inclusion practices

  • experience in delivering a strategy within large organisations , ideally in the 3rd sector.
