Experience of current diversity and inclusion practices
the desire to help even more young people succeed in life.
understanding of current diversity and inclusion practices
experience in delivering a strategy within large organisations , ideally in the 3rd sector.

Please make sure that you read the experience section (page 7) and make it clear in your application which specific skills or experiences you have, as well as how you meet the wider role requirements.

The main selection day will take place on 11 June 2019, by interview or conference call. Please ensure that you provisionally hold this date when applying.
If you are successful in securing one of the roles on the Programme Board, the first meeting of the team will be all day on 27 July 2019 at Gilwell Park. If possible, please ensure that you hold this date when applying.
