County Commissioner for West Lancashire

West Lancashire Scouts are looking for a volunteer with management experience, who wants to make a positive impact within their community. Key attributes needed include good interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others. The successful applicant will be the new County Commissioner for West Lancashire and work with District Commissioners to lead the County. Do you, or someone you know, have management and leadership experience, excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others?

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking West Lancashire Scouts forward as a growing organisation relevant to young people and adults alike. Our current youth membership in the County is over 9,000 young people, supported by 4,000 adults.
