County Commissioner - Essex

Essex Scouts are looking for a volunteer with management experience who can make a positive impact within their community. Key attributes needed include good interpersonal skills and the ability to matrix manage, motivate and inspire others. The successful applicant will lead the County team, supporting 22,000 Essex Scouts.

Do you, or someone you know, have management and leadership experience, excellent inter- personal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others? You can self-nominate, or nominate someone else for this role.

The successful candidates will be responsible for taking Essex Scouts forward as a growing organisation relevant to young people and adults alike. Our current youth membership in the County is over 15,000 young people, supported by 6,500 adults.
