County Commissioner - Greater Manchester North

Do you have management and leadership experience, excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others? Greater Manchester North Scouts are looking for a volunteer with management experience who wants to do more in their community. 

UK European Jamboree Coordinator

The UK European Jamboree Coordinator for the European Jamboree will liaise with HQ staff, the ZHP Jamboree Organisers, County/Area/Region Commissioners and Assistant County/Area/Region Commissioners (International) and volunteers involved as appropriate to ensure that the UK is empowered to organise their own patrols/units to the European Jamboree.

Chief Commissioner of Wales

Responsible for the volunteer team across Wales and implementing the new strategy of the ScoutsCymru Board and UK Scouting. This is a crucial time for Scouting in Wales as we seek to build on the positive changes implemented over the past five years and power our work to deliver even more opportunities for young people across Wales.

Team UK & HQ Volunteers - UK Commissioner Programme (Assurance)

With the launch of our new strategy a number of new roles were created at UK HQ. We are currently looking for an individual to join the team to lead and support Scouting as the Beyond 2018 strategy starts as a UK Commissioner for Programme (Assurance), to lead the strategic development of the youth programme aimed at increasing the number of young people involved in UK Scouting.

UK Pavillion Manager, World Scout Jamboree

It is traditional at World Scout Jamborees that each country has an area, known as a Pavilion or NSO Exhibit, to promote the respective country and the Scouting that happens within it. This area also includes an area for the CMT to use as a base for the duration of the event. The Jamboree Organising Team would like the UK’s “Pavilion” to be an interactive, lively and engaging exhibit/activity, and are seeking a Pavilion Manager to lead on this element of the event.

County Commissioner - East Lancashire

Scout Grants Committee Member (18-25)

We are looking for two enthusiastic volunteers to join the Scout Grants Committee to work with a group of enthusiastic and committed volunteers, and advise on projects leading to growth, delivering more exciting and adventurous activities to even more young people in Counties/Areas/Regions, Districts and Groups. 

National Scout Active Support Unit Manager - National Scout Fellowship Security Team (NSFST)

Wanting to take up new challenge? We are currently recruiting for a volunteer Manager for the National Scout Fellowship Security Team (NSFST). This Scout Active Support Unit supports Scouting events where there is a need for additional security.

National Activity Centres Scotland volunteer

The UK Adventure Team are looking to recruit a number of volunteers to take on the role of UK Technical Adviser help with specialist activity support and advice.

Scouting sometimes needs volunteer interpreters for different kinds of events including courses, conferences and jamborees, both at regional and world level.
