Susan Harris

Susan has over 30 years’ volunteering experience in Scouting, and has held various roles locally, before becoming Regional Commissioner for the East Midlands. Susan believes that Scouting must continue to evolve so that it remains modern and relevant but also staying true to its core values.   

Susan is a Healthcare Consultant who has worked as a senior manager in the NHS. More recently, she has worked with hospital boards both nationally and internationally to implement governance frameworks which adhere to regulatory requirements.
