Caroline Pearce

Member of the People and Culture Committee

Elected Member 2019

A keen Scout and Guide from a young age, Caroline represented Kent as a Venture Scout at the World Scout Jamboree in 1991, where she developed the longstanding belief that all members can benefit from understanding they’re part of a global family with shared values.

Passionate about giving back to the movement that supported her throughout her early years, Caroline is currently Assistant Scout Leader of an Air Scout Troop and Assistant District Commissioner in her local area of Epsom and Ewell.  She has previously volunteered as an Explorer Scout Leader, and has held a variety of roles on international events including: Unit leader, Assistant Sub Camp Leader and – most recently – UK Contingent Leader at the 2019 World Scout Jamboree in North America.

Outside Scouts, she’s responsible for developing strategy for pipeline assets in a large international pharmaceutical company.
