Will you be our next Head of Data and Insights?

Responsible to: Chief Digital Officer

Department: Digital Transformation

Base location: Gilwell Park (with Hybrid Working)

Term: Permanent

Salary: £84,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

Line management responsibility: Yes

A bit about the role

Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact? Do you thrive on tackling challenges and delivering strategic projects? The Data and Insights team is driving change, and we are looking dynamic individuals to help us shape the future. 

As the Head of Data and Insights, you will lead and contribute in the following areas: 

  • Play a pivotal role in fostering an evidence-based mindset across the organisation
  • Drive transformational change through data and insights
  • Influence key decisions and drive our organisational strategy

As the ideal candidate, we are seeking individuals:
