Department: Digital Transformation
Base location: Gilwell Park (with Hybrid Working)
Term: Permanent
Salary: £84,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Line management responsibility: Yes
A bit about the role

As the Head of Data and Insights, you will lead and contribute in the following areas:
- Play a pivotal role in fostering an evidence-based mindset across the organisation
- Drive transformational change through data and insights
- Influence key decisions and drive our organisational strategy
