Senior Learning and Development Adviser
The role takes the lead for the Association in ensuring that its employees are provided with the learning and development that they need to meet the organisation’s vision and key strategic and operational objectives. The key areas of activity are to develop processes and mechanisms for identifying training and development needs, designing solutions to meet those needs and delivering high quality interventions which support the work of the organisation and its employees. The post-holder will be a key member of the People team and will work closely with the Head of People and HR colleagues in developing the HR service and delivering its wider objectives.
Salary: £42,057 per annum (inclusive of OLW), Band G, Level 3
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Gilwell Park
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per annum plus bank holidays.
