Pears Project Coordinator-Research and Learning
Overview of the role
As part of the Scouts Growth and Inclusion strategies this role will be essential to gathering the learning generated from our funded projects.
The Pears foundation in partnership with the Scout association have run pilot growth projects in Avon (Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, BANES) and Gloucestershire since 2014 and more recently rolled the model out into Birmingham and Central Yorkshire (Leeds and Wakefield) scout counties. In the final year of the current funding this role is being created to pull together the learning from the different project areas as well as our wider funded project portfolio to develop an overarching approach to the extraction and dissemination of learning from growth projects

£33,594 per annum, Band F, Level 3
Fixed Term contract for 12 months
35 hours per week
25 days per annum pro-rata plus bank holidays
