NCS Team Leader
Overview of the role
The National Citizen Service is a personal and social development programme which allows young people to develop new skills and make a difference within their communities. You will be responsible for the delivery of a Scout led NCS pilot programme to a team of approx. 10 young people aged 16-17 years old. You will work alongside a Wave Leader, an Assistant Wave Leader, other Team Leaders and Activity Staff to ensure the effective delivery of the programme and ensuring the young people have an unforgettable experience.
