Member Support Manager

The purpose of this role is to lead a team of specialists to provide consistent support to adult volunteers to plan and deliver the Scout Programme and provide support to adult volunteers in their roles. The team will maintain programme, international, adventure, inclusion and volunteering/training resources, including editing, updating and reviewing badges and programme ideas, current training and technical information and liaising with external bodies to ensure the current programme remains up to date and relevant.

Term: Permanent

Salary: £42,057 per annum (inclusive of OLW), Band G, Level 3

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Gilwell Park

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per annum plus bank holidays.
