Head of Member Support

Working in partnership with national volunteer colleagues, the Head of Member Support is responsible for the co-creation and implementation of the organisation’s member facing services and functions ensuring that high standards of service delivery are maintained at all times. The role is responsible for ensuring that members seeking advice and support get it in a way accessible to them and that members of the public have the ability to access a highly engaging service as one of the external facing aspects of the organisation’s headquarters.

Term: Permanent

Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum (Inclusive of OLW), Band I 

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Gilwell Park

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per annum plus bank holidays.
