Overview of the role

The purpose of the job is to support, instigate and deliver focused growth projects and plans across the Region as agreed by the Area Growth and Development Manager. Also to initially provide high quality and proactive support to prepare key line managers (specifically Group Scout Leaders and District Commissioners) to undertake their roles effectively and thereafter throughout their term of appointment.

£28,188 per annum, Band E, Level 3

Location:
Homebased, covering East and West Midlands

Term:
Fixed Term Contract until 1st February 2021

Hours:
35 hours per week

Holidays:
25 days per annum plus bank holidays
