Customer Support Coordinator - Gilwell Park

At Scout Adventures we aim to deliver the best customer service from the point of the initial enquiry through to post visit communication.

The postholder is responsible for ensuring incoming enquiries (email and telephone) are replied to in a timely manner, and ultimately that the entire process from booking to departing Scout Adventures meets and exceeds customer expectations.

A keen eye for detail, and good organisation skills will ensure that you can keep on top of all of the finances, new enquiries and general busyness that are life on the front desk at an activity centre. 

Term: Permanent 

Salary: £23,412 gross per annum inclusive of OLW (band C level 3)

Hours: 40 hours/week

Location: Adventure Centre, Gilwell Park, Chingford, London 

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per year plus bank holidays. This increases after two years service to 28 days and after five years to 32 days. 

Additional holidays: We operate an office closure during the Chrsitmas and New Year holiday period that provides up to an additional 3 days of extra leave.
