Scouting has continued to stay relevant for over 100 years and has emerged as the largest co-educational youth organisation in the UK. Scouting is successful because it is not afraid to adapt and evolve to meet the needs of the changing generations of young people.Scouting regularly holds a mirror up to itself to check that what it does and what it is remains relevant to the needs of young people.
