searching for my youth members, our entire membership seems to have disappeared from the database.

I seem to always have problems logging in. I reset my password today using forgotten password as mine was not working. The new pass word was emailed and half hour later still does not log me in. The user name must be correct as i am getting the email of the new password.
I tried to type it and also copy and past still no luck.

Sorry guys but it's still not right. I can only see my members if I enter a membership number. I can't do a search.

The badges don't appear on the PDFs nor the organisation details. Some of the Badge icons are missing (NA 50).

Today I am unable to log in. Pre 30/07/10 I was not able to see my youth (Network) members.

Does the advanced search work? I would find it really useful to search role/District role/DSFM for instance, or Role/ Group/ GSL even District role/ DC says says no results found. I'm sure it used to work, and would also give a long list of non-active members, which my District Fellowship/SAS would love to see as part of a recruitment drive.

As part of the work to return the performance of the membership system to an acceptable level a great deal of work has been taking place, some of which has needed the service to be made unavailable. Although much of this has not directly improved the speed of the system it has been necessary in helping to identify the root causes of the problems. We now have a much better idea of the problem and have returned stability to the system, if not the response speed that it should have. We are also aware of some other issues, some of which were already present prior to the current problems. These are all being seriously investigated however the focus of our attention is currently on improving system performance.

Over the course of this Wednesday evening further work will take place to help us to rectify this. This does mean that the Membership System will be unavailable between 9pm Wednesday 4 August and 7am Thursday morning.

We do apologise again for the ongoing speed problem and are still applying maximum pressure to our suppliers to get this fixed as quickly as we can.

Thank you for your work on the system. My youth search and data download now works and is faster than ever before.
