The Scout Activity Centres’ Programme, Training and Event Guide 2013 is now available.

In April 2012, Crawfordsburn, Northern Ireland and Yr-Hafod in Snowdonia, Wales joined the Scout Activity Centre network, giving us the opportunity to offer a wider range of products to groups across the UK.

The Guide is a comprehensive collection of all the activities on offer throughout our nine Activity Centres, which cater to all sections, from Beavers to explorer Scouts. From the Communicator Badge for Beavers and Cubs to Scout Leadership Camps, there is something for everyone.

Also included is information on our centres’ adventurous permit training and assessment, NICAS climbing awards, NGBs in mountain leader training and DofE training weekends.

Ultimate adventure

We have also recently launched our 'Ultimate Adventure' programmes at Great Tower, Hawkhirst and Yr-Hafod. The 'Ultimate Adventure' invites you to explore the wild and rugged mountains of North Wales, the caves of North Yorkshire and experience amazing rafting and crag climbing.

The Scout Activity Centres' Programme, Training and Event Guide 2013 contains everything you need to make the most out of our centres and will arrive with your next Scouting magazine on October 1. If you can't wait until then, you can request a copy
