Service Team Leader - Windsor Day of Celebration and Achievement

Each year the UK Headquarters of The Scout Association organises The Day of Celebration and Achievement at Windsor Castle which is an opportunity for us to recognise the achievements of our members in a unique and very special location. The Service Team are responsible for creating and delivering a fully inclusive 40 minute service in St George’s Chapel to both celebrate the achievements of the Queen’s Scouts and inspire them to continue their Scouting journey.

The role of Service Team Leader is to guide and inspire the young people on the Service Team to fulfil this mission statement. We need an enthusiastic forward thinker who is ready to support the young people to take on this challenge.

This role would be for a four year period. Applications are encouraged from anyone with the relevant skills and interest in the event and applicants are not required to hold a Queen’s Scout Award.
