Assistant Regional Commissioner (Growth) - South East

Every year we help over 450,000 young people in the UK enjoy new
adventures; to experience the outdoors, interact with others, gain
confidence and have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Many
more young people are still waiting for their chance to experience
Scouting, and to help them we need to continue to grow.

The Assistant Regional Commissioner (Growth) will support the
Regional Commissioner in encouraging and supporting growth across
the Region. Working closely with County Commissioners, growth leads
and facilitators they will support Groups and Districts to provide
Scouting to the 12,000 young people who are waiting to join Scouting
across the South East.

Working in partnership with the HQ Regional Services Team and local
growth teams they will identify and deliver targeted growth projects
and initatives that will help to achieve growth goals across the South
