Wedding & Events Manager

To support the Head of Event and Conference Centres in delivering outstanding guest care and a surplus of 1 million pound surplus to The Scout Association by 2020. We are looking for an exceptional individual to manage our Wedding and Event business, responsible for the standard and quality of service and ensuring every wedding and event is supported with excellent organisation, planning and superior customer service.

Tenure: Permanent contract 

Salary: £34,535 pa (Band F Level 3)

Hours: 40 hours/week

Location: Gilwell Park, London, E4 

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per year plus bank holidays. This increases after two years service to 28 days and after five years to 32 days. 

Probationary Period: This post is subject to a 6 month probationary period.

Notice Period: 1 month after probation.
