Job Summary
We’re looking for someone to support the development and implementation of our world class volunteer programme.  Scout Adventures would not exist without the hundreds of volunteers that give up their time to help run our centres every year; so this role is fundamental part of our organisation.  From advertising to recruitment; we’re looking for someone to provide top notch admin and organisational support.  This role is part of the central support team of Scout Adventures and has a wide reaching impact.  As well as the pre-arrival support; this role is key to ensuring that Visa sponsorship letters are issued to our volunteers, uniform is ordered and every incoming volunteer has a place on a training course.

About you
We’re looking for someone to join our team who is just as passionate as we are about getting young people outdoors to have an adventure.  With a background in administration, you’ll have a sound knowledge of what good organisation looks like and be happy to develop and work with your own systems/processes.  We’ll also need you to (occasionally) get out and about across our UK locations.

About us
Scout Adventures offers inspiring outdoor learning experiences for both young people and adults. Drawing on over 100 years of Scouting heritage and expertise, we specialise in creating tailor-made packages that are fun, challenging and deliver specific skills and learning outcomes. Based in stunning rural locations across the UK we offer a wide range of activities from canoeing and high ropes to orienteering and traditional Scouting skills. We are open to Scouts, schools and youth groups. Here at Scout Adventures we believe that amazing things can happen in the great outdoors. Working with teachers and youth leaders, we have inspired generations of young people to reach their potential and learn skills for life.
