Strategy & Change Manager - Collaboration

We are looking for a talented professional who will work over three years to support collaboration between The Scout Association and Girlguiding. Our new Strategy and Change Manager (Collaboration) will support the sharing of learning regarding how we grow our movements, how we measure our impact and secure support from external funders, explore the potential of greater collaboration in the future and embed a learning culture within our own organisations.  They will have the ability to build relationships, inspire open and honest sharing and be able to spot where there is potential for our two organisations to be greater than the sum of their parts. 

Annual Salary: £42,807 pa inclusive of Inner London Weighting (Band G Level 3) 

Contracted hours of work: 35 hours/week 

Terms: Fixed term contract until December 2020

Location: TSA HQ at Gilwell Park, London, E4 & Girlguiding HQ at Victoria, London SW1  

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per year plus bank holidays.
