Customer Support Coordinator

It’s the people that make Scout Adventures amazing and you will be no exception. You will have an appreciation of what it take to deliver a first class customer experience and plenty of first-hand experience.

Ideally you will have experience of working with Schools and the Youth Sector as building relationships and a knowledge of how these work will be key to being successful in this role and developing business.

You’ll need to be able to build great relationships with our regular customers, as well as all the friendly volunteers that help run our operations.

Finally, a keen eye for detail, and good organisation skills will ensure that you can keep on top of all of the finances, new enquiries and general busyness that are life on the front desk at an activity centre.
