Contact Centre Team Leader

Oversee all aspects of the customer service experience to troubleshoot processes and procedures and make improvements of customer service quality to support Scout Store strategic objectives and sales budgets.

You will be a confident outgoing individual with an excellent telephone manor. Experience in a call centre or customer services environment is preferred. You will be looking for a challenge and willing to work together with the team to build relationships and to ensure our customers receive the best service.

Annual Salary: £26,961 pa (Band E Level 3) 

Contracted hours of work: 35 hours/week 

Terms: Permanent 

Location: Lancing, BN15  

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per year plus bank holidays. This increases after two years service to 28 days and after five years to 32 days. 

Additional Holiday: 3 extra days between Christmas & new year.

Probationary Period: This post is subject to a 6 month probationary period.

Notice Period: 1 month after probation.
