Job title: Business Development Manager
Location:  Gilwell Park, Youlbury, Great Tower or Home
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract type: 2 year fixed term contract
Salary: £30,679 per annum

Job Summary
You will be a key part of the core team behind Scout Adventures.  The aim of this post is primarily two fold. Firstly you will identify gaps in our occupancy and the work to fill them with existing products or work with the team to identify new product opportunities to maximise occupancy.  Secondly you will manage the Customer Support team. Our front line team who work with all our guests from the first enquiry to arrival on centre then once they’ve left to ensure they’ve had a great experience.

About you
It’s the people that make Scout Adventures amazing and you will be no exception.  You will have excellent leadership skills and an appreciation of what it take to deliver a first class customer experience. Ideally you will have experience of working with Schools and the Youth Sector as building relationships across these will be key to being successful in this role.
