Head of Adult Support (Head of Volunteering) (Ref: 13/019)

The Head of Adult Support leads the staff team who, together with key volunteers, develop and implement the Association’s volunteering, adult training, diversity and inclusion strategies, policies and national projects. This is an exciting time with new approaches and strategies being developed across many of the adult Support areas. The new postholder will have the opportunity of developing and shaping these initiatives, ensuring that they contribute to the organisation’s Vision and objectives.

Fundraising & Database Co-ordinator (Ref: 13/013)

To contribute to the Fundraising and Marketing team by providing essential Raiser’s Edge database and fundraising support in order to achieve income targets. Income streams include High Value Donors, individual donors, trusts and foundations, online giving, match-giving and legacies.

To manage, maintain and develop relationships with Corporate Partners on behalf of the Association. To support the Corporate Partner income target of £900,000 per year.

Regional Development Officer (Ref: 13/011)

An exciting opportunity to contribute to supporting, instigating and delivering focused development work and opportunities for young people in the Greater London Middlesex West area by working with both volunteer and staff colleagues from across the County. This is a home-based post and successful applicants will be expected to live within or close to the Region, in particular the Greater London Middlesex West area.

Sales Office Assistant (Ref: 13/016)

These positions are extremely varied and involve assisting the Sales Team with the administration and processing of customer enquiries, quotations and orders.  You will be assisting with running, developing and maintaining of effective administrative systems and functions within the department.

Marketing Assistant (Ref: 13/017)

You’ll work to actively market the Scout Shops and World Scout Shops product range, using a range of channels including digital, direct mailing, advertising, social media and events. You’ll measure results and make recommendations on future activity, as well as assisting with the production of catalogues and printed materials.

Local Media Relations Support Officer x 4 (Ref: 13/018)

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse workload and schedule. You will be enthusiastic and able to enthuse others, enjoy challenge and responsibility and be highly motivated. The job will involve working unsocial hours and flexible hours; you must be able and willing to travel extensively in your area, including spending occasional nights away from home.
